Hi! I’m a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and a Trim Healthy Mama Health Coach. The Nourish and Flourish way is based on science, nutrition & exercise facts, with a healthy dose of real life experience. Like many women, I’ve tried my fair share of diets and exercise programs over the years. I’ve also done lots of research and study that led me to creating Nourish and Flourish.

Nourish and Flourish empowers women to look and feel their best with simple, real food and everyday habits along with other key principles necessary for optimal health. No calorie counting, no detox tea’s or cleanses, no hunger or deprivation, no crazy exercise workouts . It’s finding or creating healthy habits that work for you, and then doing them consistently which will establish a healthier way of life!
