You tell me what you want to do. I’ll help you do it. First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of your coaching program, I’ll give you everything you need. Tweaks, tips, hacks and proven strategies to help you implement your plan.

You’ve probably tried multiple diet and workout programs in the past. And you’ve concluded that they simply don’t work in the long run. Instead of the all-or-nothing dieting approach, I use a sustainable, practice/habit-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.

The result? You’ll lose the weight (and centimetres) and have more energy than ever before.

It all starts with you — your life, needs, your situation and your goals. Then, together, we develop a personalised plan to help you eat, move, and live better — in a way that fits into your real, everyday life.

Diets don’t work. They’re hard to stick to, they are unreasonable and not always healthy. I’ll help you to quit dieting forever, reach your desired weight, live a healthy life, feed your family nutritious, delicious meals, have more energy… Whatever your goals, I will help you to develop your habits and yield the results you want!

There is no one-size fits-all approach to nutrition. There are several important personal factors that can affect a nutrition plan, including any underlying medical conditions, allergies, religious/cultural customs, and ethical implications.

You aren’t a male so why eat like one? You may not be 20 years old anymore so why eat like one? There is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and diet. I’ll help you eat healthier, to suit your needs, your lifestyle and your budget.

Not everyone enjoys eating the same types of food. It’s a simple fact. Luckily, I have a thorough understanding of how to help you to make small tweaks or create meal plans that please all palates, including picky eaters.

My first task is to get to know you and your needs and goals via talking with you and reading the information you provide me with. We will talk in-depth about current habits and tendencies around meals and exercise, as well as any health concerns.

First we will chat during a Discovery Call. This usually lasts for approximately 30 minutes. We will get to know each other and see if we both think we will work well together.

After this, I will send you a link with details on packages and pricing and then you get back to me. Once you respond I will have a few forms for you to fill in:

  • Coaching waiver
  • Coaching Client Agreement
  • Initial Triage & Assessment Form
  • Three Day Food Journal

From there, we will schedule our first Coaching Call – we’re on our way!

I will give you accountability, direction, and support every step of the way and help you stay consistent, no matter what life throws at you. You’ll be able to reach out to me anytime via many options: phone, SMS, video chat, email or messenger.

I regularly review your progress, offer insights, and check in with you to provide support and guidance.

If you’d like, you can also participate in an online community of like-minded ladies who are bettering their health just as you are. The shared knowledge, experiences, and support can help you go much further than you could on your own.

My nutrition coaching program is effective because I don’t just focus on food. I delve into your mindset and work with you to remove barriers to your health. Through this process you feel empowered, all while eating delicious, nutritious food that you choose.

With so much misinformation available today it’s no wonder we can get confused. I help you to navigate the complicated field of nutrition and sift through the noise to design a plan that does not rely on what’s “in style” at the moment.

You will learn the tools necessary to plan, prepare and commit to healthy daily habits, build strength, have energy, be disciplined, and gain self-confidence!

Often what drives a plan’s success is accountability. Having a coach on your side not only allows for professional go-to guidance in nutrition, but also provides a constant source of accountability for times when extra support may be needed.

Having an accountability partner can also help be a reminder of goals, which can make a huge difference when trying to stick to any plan or learn/develop new habits.

In short, a coach is someone who is part of your support network. To help and support you in turning your desires into choices, and your choices into actions!

A coach is someone who can help you learn things about yourself you may not be aware of and who can help you explore all of your options so you can make well-informed decisions that will help you get the results that are right for your specific needs.

I am not a bossy or pushy, drill seargent coach. My desire is to encourage, eqip and empower.

A Coach Is Not…

A nutrition or health coach is not counselling or therapy. These start from the premises of “something is wrong and needs fixing.” Coaching starts from the premise of wholeness. You already have wonderful strengths, talents, and gifts inside you that just need further development.

A nutrition coach is not a medical alternative. While coaching can benefit your health and wellness, it is not a medical treatment.

A nutrition coach is not a nutritionist nor a dietitian. However, a coach can work alongside you daily and help you implement any changes as directed by your nutritionist or medical health professional.

A nutrition coach is not a mentor. A mentor is someone you model yourself after… While there is nothing wrong if you should choose to implement my suggestions and guidance to develop your own healthy lifestyle, it is important you understand the way I live and eat is not the only way of doing the plan.

My goal is to help you develop your healthy lifestyle. It’s important that your lifestyle suits your unique needs, your family, your budget, your career, your hobbies and interest etc.
