I love the depth of information you provide & your down-to-earth approach to eating & Trim Healthy Mama, to keep it real, but at the same time absolutely inspire each of us to shoot for the stars & do our best. Eating oily fish twice a week is recommended for your overall good health, especially for your heart, brain and blood. If weight loss is your goal, aim for a minimum of 2 serves of oily fish PLUS 2 serves of white fish every week!
